The Order of the Arrow Spring Induction Weekend features induction into membership in the Order for those newly elected by their units. The weekend also includes Brotherhood conversion for those Arrowmen who have been Ordeal members for at least six months. A highlight of the weekend is the annual Vigil Honor call-out and induction. Join us for a weekend of fellowship, great food, and service at beautiful Camp Orr!
